Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas

• We deliver to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi.

• Delivery in Abu Dhabi is available for prepaid orders only.

• Currently, delivery is not available to Al Ain, Umm Al-Quwain, Fujairah, or Ras Al-Khaimah.

Order Cut-Off & Timing

• Orders placed before 6 PM are delivered the next day (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

• Pre-order items may have different delivery timelines, noted on the product page.

Delivery Fees

• AED 15 delivery fee for orders under AED 150 in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

• AED 20 delivery fee for orders under AED 150 in Abu Dhabi.

• FREE delivery for orders AED 150 or above.

Important Notes

• Shipping addresses cannot be changed after placing an order.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.

• We do not require signatures for deliveries. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
